Sharad has been with Ador for over 33 years and has specialised experience in power electronics including High Current Rectifiers, High Voltage Rectifiers, UPS Systems and Traffic Control systems.   Sharad expertise in managing engineering, manufacturing, operations as well as direct sales and customer advocacy has been invaluable. He has been part of almost all key initiatives, including his stint as a Country Manager in China, responsible for manufacturing operations at the ADOR factory in Xuzhou.
